I think we need to protest about things we consider to be wrong, against narrow-minded politics, against various issues that go against the grain. Artistic freedom treads a thin edge and there are many within and without the arts community who appreciate and understand this. On the other hand, artistic freedom and all other "categorised freedoms" must play second fiddle to the strong protest we should make against intolerance of any kind.
