To be Free

I think we need to protest about things we consider to be wrong, against narrow-minded politics, against various issues that go against the grain. Artistic freedom treads a thin edge and there are many within and without the arts community who appreciate and understand this. Go here to register your protest if you know what's going on:

On the other hand, artistic freedom and all other "categorised freedoms" must play second fiddle to the strong protest we should make against intolerance of any kind.

Not sure if I'm expressing it right, but nevertheless...

Remember how you ridiculed my interest in rock for all those years, and told me I should grow up, become refined and listen to jazz?
